2nd time to this location with a double ear infection today. They got me in pretty quick which was nice, but they didn’t even take my temperature or anything. Thought it was pretty weird.
Friendly and professional staff. Zach was attentive to my health issue and was very professional, knowledgeable and decisive about my care plan. I absolutely recommend Zach and this facility.
Went Monday to test for Covid or Flu (I knew I had one of the two) negative for both. Returned Wednesday to test and find out I was Flu B positive. Prescribed Tamiflu and other medications to treat the symptoms, all good still. Returned Friday after it felt like my Flu was progressing deeper in my chest and thought I should get checked for a secondary infection like bronchitis or pneumonia. Asked to be checked for those and got a listening treatment and told i did not have Pneumonia or bronchitis.... wound up in the ER Sunday with Pneumonia in my upper left lobe. Listen. To. Your. Patients.
