I travel from SW Houston to Richmond for my precious fur baby',s outstanding medical care. Dr Mitel is an outstanding Veterinarians and his entire team are truly professional, compassionate and responsive to questions.. The hospital is immaculate and the prices for services/treatments are reasonable. A special shout out to Andre a tech who took exceptional care of my fur baby, Zippi a Yorkie Mix. I truly find this facility exceptional!
Staff is super friendly! They always make our girl Princess feel extremely welcome, she loves to talk, full blown conversations & they will have them right along with her! It makes her happy & much more at ease as she has a bit of anxiety. The Dr/ vet is so knowledgeable as well & is great at explaining what’s going on and what the medical plan is when needed!
This is our first fur baby and when it comes to the right direction and care of our puppy Bella. Neighborhood pet hospital has lead us in every way possible to care for Bella. The vet, aurora and all the staff have been very kind and answered all our questions and Bella needs! Bella is always excited to see them! Thank you guys for all your support.
