Sarah is not only the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to, she’s an even better human being. Every appointment I leave with my body feeling relaxed and my soul feeling refreshed. If you have the opportunity, you should definitely seek out her services. She is the best around without a doubt!

Sarah is absolutely incredible with her work. I have been getting regular massages with her about once a month and have always appreciated the way she handles my specific pain areas. I started working with Sarah 2 years ago after knee replacement surgeries, and she has been has been instrumental in my recoveries. Besides her experience with deep tissue massages, she is knowledgeable with the anatomy of the joints and associated muscles and tendons. She knows as much as my Physical Therapist does. I completely trust that she won't damage joints and always feel better the next day. She is very friendly but very professional, and I appreciate her holistic approach to the body, mind and spirit dimensions. I highly recommend visiting her studio.
