I have done 3 laser treatments so far at this location and my experience has been really great so far ! Even from the first time that I reached out to get information about the services, I’ve been receiving consistent customer care ever since. I’ve been here five times, and until today I had never really felt comfortable. Today was completely different! Both the nurse, Teri, and the new manager, Renica, were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to help me. Today’s experience was a 10/10. i’ve been coming here for laser hair removal and everyone is so sweet!! they always make me feel comfortable and welcomed, and the appointments are quick and easy. the staff is friendly, professional, and really takes the time to make sure you’re doing okay. I’ve had a really positive experience here and would definitely recommend them!
