Ally was great! When we discovered one of our kiddos had lice we panic called the clinic and Ally spent several hours via text, walking us through what to do. Her knowledge helped calm us down and get us through the issue with ease. Can't thank her enough!!
Ally was such a lifesaver!!!!! My daughter at 17 years old got lice for the first time in her life, and her hair is super long and thick. Yenny was so helpful, and checked my entire family. Ally had great communication from the beginning, walked me through the entire process, and gave me several options that worked within my budget. I’m letting all of my friends and my family I know to go to her if they ever have this issue; because there is just no way that I would have been able to do this alone. Ally was absolutely amazing! I submitted a request for an appointment around 9 PM, and she reached out within the hour. We were able to get screened the next day, and thankfully, we were lice-free. The team was incredibly informative and made the process so easy. I highly recommend them!
