10/24/25 2 “on”s and 1 “off”. They are always ON time, ON top of any situation they find, and that takes on big worry OFF my mind.

I like the fact that I get a text asking me if the day they plan to come is ok. We have used this service for many years and have had not had any problems. In addition, in the MANY years we have used Gillen Pest Control, they have increased very little in price compared to everything else we pay for as part of home maintenance, etc.

I recommend Gillen Pest Control with 5 stars because it’s well deserved. Their customer service is remarkable and dependable. I appreciate the fact that their office staff actually answers the phone, return calls and make themselves available to answer any questions. Shane is typically my service technician and I give Shane a 10 out of 10 review. I love keep my home nice and clean, Shane puts on shoe covers and is very respectful. Let me not forget to mention that their products WORK!! I’ve been with Gillen for about 3 years now and plan to continue renewing.
