After our office A/C went out during the hottest days of summer, the A/C company we have done a TON of business with never responded. I received a referral for this company, and specifically for Grady, and I am grateful I did!!! I was expecting hassle, delay, and high prices given the heat wave, especially as I was a new customer, but I was scheduled IMMEDIATELY, even though it was a remote location. Grady was prompt, professional, friendly, and super polite. There were no sneaky charges or over-charging because I am a woman, and no concern regarding his ability or skill. Definitely glad I made the call, and I highly recommend!
