This was my first time visiting Charm Dental with my daughter. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Sha was very thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood the treatment plan.
A special thank you to River, who was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help find the best financial solution for our family and took the time to explain everything in detail. What stood out the most was how caring and patient he was with my 8-year-old daughter. He made sure she understood what to expect during her procedure, which helped ease her worries and made her feel comfortable.
