Very bad experience for a first time customer,I explained the man Mike Bama what my son wanted but yet for being on the phone and not listening to CUSTOMERS REQUEST COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. he messed up my son's hair cut. DO NOT USE THIS GUY THAT!!! ALL HE DOES IS BE ON THE PHONE WHILE CUTTING HAIR AND STILL GETS OFFENDED ABOUT IT!! VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! cutting hair with one hand is bad business practice! WILL NOT USE THIS SHOP OR RECOMMEND SERVICE!! 🤮

Have been to both locations. Regg is a great barber. Hair cuts always consistent and comfortable environment. Location clean and family friendly. My boys are teenagers and very picky. They always love their haircuts! Definite confidence booster. In and out in less than 1.5 hours. Give either location a try!

Canceled my appt 30 mins ahead of it , tried to get em to reschedule or with someone else but 20 mins before doesn’t really give you hopes for the visit . It was gonna be my first time . Unfortunately won’t be going I went to another establishment and they got right and in with in the hour !!

The barbers here are skilled, but there's a concern with the first one you encounter on the left as you enter the building. Unfortunately, he seems to neglect cleaning his clippers most of the time, unlike the other barbers who have sterilization machines conveniently placed near their stations. The first barber do not have a sterilization machine. Although I see cleaning and sterilization agent close to his mirror but Sometimes, he only attends to cleaning the clippers when prompted. This shouldn't be the case. It's crucial for him to recognize the risk of transmitting communicable diseases through unclean tools. Personally, I prioritize my health, and I'd appreciate it if he invested in a sterilization machine and made a habit of cleaning his clippers thoroughly after each customer or before attending to the next one.
