Reckless driving on the highway, could easily put other people on the highway in danger. Terrible company overall.

Wow! Not the first one to write a review based on the drivers! 1145 AM, 3-14-25, driver in Van 17 has anger problems, was tailgating everyone in traffic and even honked at one vehicle because they were staying a car length back from the vehicle in front of them. Maybe same driver from Van 15 a year ago? Maybe the supervisor? Owner? Regular employee pressured to make it on time by management? Who knows but he's going to cause an accident at someone else's expense.

They are completely horrible they took a total of 9 hours on one little spot! Then their customer service was horrendous they kept playing loud music wouldn’t recommend!!!

Todd, a supervisor, was very helpful with getting my air ducts cleaned. Very kind, effective, and presented his priority as my mind being eased. Customer focused business is the way to be, and Todd exemplified that today.

Before my son moved out he had cats in my daughter's room. After he moved out, I came home from a business trip and all I could smell was cat in my home. I call Scrubz Carpet care and John came out the next day. He was informative and through. He spray my walls down with enzymes and smell smoked each area affect. He suctioned my hard floors and the aweful cat smell is gone. Thank you John and Todd from Scrubz Carpet Care!
