Technician was very polite and knew what the problem was within a minutes. While he was here, I asked if he had time to look at my washing machine-he saw the problem and was able to fix it while he was here. I highly recommend this company.

I have had a busted oven for approx 3 months. Zach has been the same tech that has been helping me for about six visits. I will say this, regardless of my opinions on the application, Zach has been so thorough and dedicated in trying to help me get this resolved, I will make sure only to use Guinco and specifically Zach. He is pleasant, explains the process, patient and knowledgeable.

Gerardo visited on short notice to repair our 48” cooktop with great success. Two days prior, Sears sent a repairman that stood there with a look of bemusement on his face, before telling us to call the plumber back. Not good.
Within 20 minutes of Gerardo arriving, you could tell he was going to fix our issue. He went about troubleshooting from least invasive to most, before settling on a relatively simple fix. 10 minutes later and he was done.
10/10 for general courtesy, professionalism, efficiency, and focus.
