Eye exam needed due to a bad RX from another DR. Dr. Diggs made the process easy and explained issues and answered questions that I had. I would recommend Works Family Eye Care for an eye exam.Appointment made very simple online and was in and out in 30 minutes.
I have seen Dr. Dirks there now twice. He's very likable and the exams are efficient and accurate. In addition to my regular prescription for no-line bifocal glasses, I have requested a prescription for glasses to use only at the computer. That's been extremely helpful.
Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful! The doctor was so kind and explained everything to me. They were very thorough and in depth. She answered all my questions and looked into all my concerns. The appointment was super quick and easy! Took less than 20 min! I would come here again!
