Great experience! I forgot the young lady's name, but she was awesome the first time I came in last year to buy glasses so I came back again this year for lense replacement on another set I had. She even went above and beyond to show me how to replace the nose pads. Great service and definitely 5 stars!
Loni was incredible. She allowed us to browse without hovering but was always available to answer any and all questions. She was thorough and helped with everything we needed during checkout
The facility is overall well maintained and they have a decent selection of glasses.
I went to the Richardson location on 12/10, until it closed. The two female employees were absolutely pleasant and patient. They were engaging, super informative & helpful the entire time I was there. I work in customer service myself and they were perfect in every way. Great experience.
