I had the pleasure of visiting TSO today as a new patient, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The doctor (Dr. Carter) was not only professional and timely but also incredibly pleasant—you can tell she truly loves what she does. She was thorough in explaining everything, which I greatly appreciated because, let’s be real, you don’t play around when it comes to your eyes!
Her knowledge and friendliness made the visit enjoyable, and while I didn’t get a chance to purchase frames this time, she had a great selection. I’ll definitely be back!

Dr. Carter made sure she called me back after calling a few times. I had originally left a bad review because I had been calling. But when I found out she is the only one in this office made things different. She was so welcoming and easy to talk to. She's actually way more interactive than most eye doctors.
Dr. Carter was incredible! She was so patient with me and helped me pick out glasses that looked great on me. I didn't feel rushed at all and she took the time to explain things to me in great detail. Overall great experience, would recommend!
