“Ok, so this was an emergency booking. I removed my nipple rings yesterday for a mammogram and forgot to put them back. When I tried to put them back, one of the holes already closed and I was having extreme difficulties getting the bar to get through to the other hole. I gave up after trying for 20mins and could not take the pain anymore. I googled the nearest piercing shop so I could get help. I called first and she said to come by. First, it can be a little difficult to spot her store sign but she has a sign outside as well and it's the door next to the chicken place. She was super helpful, she was able to re-pierce the hole I was having difficulties with. And extra shout out to her because the pain was tremendous, I swore I scratched up this lady's arm, but she was so sweet and said it was ok :) I will go back to check out her other services or to buy some piercing accessories when I am not in so much pain. If my nipple hole ever close again, I'll just give up that piercing because I am never going through that again. Lol.“

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed—the shop doubles as an art gallery, with beautiful paintings on the walls, and even features custom leather bags designed by Char McGaughy, the owner and artist. I scheduled a consultation with Char to discuss the tattoo I wanted, including the size and placement. She was an excellent listener, suggested a few thoughtful changes, and encouraged me to share my feedback. A few days before my appointment, she sent me the updated drawing, which I absolutely loved.
