Overall our experience was amazing frome the moment my wife and I arrived to the moment we left in a new vehicle. We were welcomed with hospitality from Iyad, Brian, Omar and Michael. The sales personell Omar was helpful, informative,and patient while we checked out vehicle makes and models. He was inquisitive of our wants and need in a vehicle that was right for us. His coworker Brian came by to introduce himself in and along with Omar they made a perfect suggestion for us. Like spot on as far as size color and other qualities we were looking for. A great experience all around!! Juan was extremely responsive and handled everything easily! I traveled two hours to pick up this jeep and most of the paperwork was done prior to my arrival. The jeep was ready when I got there, and Juan spent a lot of time explaining all of the electronics and everything this jeep has to offer! Juan is an asset to this dealership as he is fantastic!!
