Had to come here because of machine issue at another location. The lady at the front desk was a lot of fun and personable. Great job providing additional tips on maintaining the spray tan and recommending shampoo. Also, really liked how the two locations communicated with each other.
Kayli is the reason I came back to this location! She’s honestly the best store manager out of all the locations I’ve been to. She’s always so friendly, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the salon, the service is always super quick, and I always leave here with a smile on my face thanks to Kayli. :) You can just tell that she cares about all of her customers and wants them to have the best experience when coming here. This is my new go-to location. If I could give 10 Stars I would!!!
Staff is always friendly. Beds are clean. The only issue is that they are always short staffed. So, they shorten their business hours. There have been times I would get there only to see a sign that says closed due to no staff. Always call before going.
