Lifetime martial arts is an Awesome place to enroll your children to learn the art of taekwondo! I personally have had my sons with this great group of instructors for the last 5 years! it has helped my oldest son ( 10 years) manage his ADHD without medication by learning self control among other things. I highly recommend Lifetime martial arts to anyone interested! Great family environment.
