No wonder there are so many poor reviews here when so many parents have experienced terrible customer service. I have sent more than three emails, and the only response I receive is an automated message stating that I would be contacted within 24–48 business hours. Well, it has now been three weeks, and I still have not received any response.

I truly do not understand why schools continue to do business with companies that show such little respect for parents and customers.

Legacy Studios, I am simply trying to purchase my daughter’s school photos. I am not asking for anything for free, just a response with a solution!!!

Pictures came back with eyes closed, and many of the other parents at the school also had issues as well. I asked for a refund.

Customer service will not respond to my request for a refund. Contacted CEO of company, and no answer received. Do not use this company for school pictures.

This company is absolute TRASH. I placed an order with them through my child's school and never received my product. The first year the school used Legacy, I received my order over 2 months after it was supposed to be delivered. The quality of pictures are mediocre at best and NOT worth their high prices; and customer service is nonexistent. Red Flag: They avoid direct customer contact by not publishing a phone number. Both years, I had to send numerous emails and Facebook chats only to receive automated replies that resulted in no resolution.
