what can be said about Integrity Pools other than PERFECTION. I had my 30 year old pool completely re done April of this year 25 . I had quotes from Seven different pool companies both small and large . I've done business with Integrity in the past but this was a big job so I checked all options and when Chris B . the sales rep can and went over the process , well I was sold . then Another Chris came as project manager and Supervised the process . very impressive installation. working around weather and scheduling workers . perfection . then I had a problem with my filter and to my Delight another Chris V. came to the rescue and fixed the problem with amazing knowledge and totally geared towards customers service, in the future any one who has or is thinking about a Pool , new or repairing an olde one should call Integrity Pools of Richardson , you'll be glad you did ! . After using several different pool service companies over the last 5 years, I have never felt compelled to leave any of them a favorable review until now. After a very high wind storm a couple days ago, our pool was covered with leaves and debris. Georgia, our regular service tech, went above and beyond cleaning our pool today. This was her regular weekly service call that required her to work much harder and more diligent than normal resulting in my pool never looking so good! So, my thanks, praise and congratulations to Georgia for a job extremely well done! I've been using Integrity Pool service for about 3 months and have been more than satisfied with their responsiveness, professionalism and most of all their competence.
Integrity Pools just completed a pump repair for me. The technicians, Anthony Verdoorn and Hunter Becker did a Great job and even improved the way the pump was setup! AND their price was very reasonable!
