I don't normally leave a bad review for this place. In fact, it's my favorite. But, this last hair cut that I got from them was the most stupid and ridiculous hair cut I ever got from them. I honestly don't know why they hired the lady to do my hair because all the things she did and said did NOT make sense at all!. And, after all that my hair cut was uneven and lopsided. I cried. And, I live next to a beauty school and their students also told me it was uneven and lopsided. I have never more embarrassed and so humiliated in my life. I cried again. There is only two people like there. Emily and the blonde manager lady I think. Never getting my hair cut... read full review

; I don't want a refund but I don't think I will be returning to this convenient location for myself I said don't touch the top I said scissors only just clean up back/sides You chopped off the top& front(I'm trying to GROW out my hair) You hastily used all tools at your disposal (blow drying something you weren’t supposed to touch)
I was late (10-15 min) because of familial nonsense & I'm sorry for that but if you don't have time to do as I asked simply tell me to come back. I've had a very good experience here with you before but I do not understand what just happened.... read full review

Went here on a busy Sunday afternoon, and the employees could not have been nicer! I used the app to check in and had next to no wait. I was greeted by everyone and Emily checked me in immediately. Emily did a phenomenal job, and even went out of her way to put something in my hair that would help my dry scalp which I really appreciated and it definitely helped! She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted and made sure I was happy with what she was doing as she went, and even asked questions about what I want done. If you come for a haircut here, I fully suggest the very talented Emily, but everyone working were ontop of it and knew what they were doing and were very friendly... read full review
