These people dont hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. They're charging me because of their errors. They just lost multiple family accounts because of this. They rather be petty than to keep a good relationship with their clients. What a disappointment. I definately would bot reccomend. Lets try APG&E instead.

Garbage utility company that sucks you dry for every cent you have. I was initially drawn to use Frontier because it was advertised that it’s only $.11 per kWh, what was never informed to me was that you had to reach at least 1000 kWh for it to be that price, otherwise it’s $.18. I pay between $200-300/month for the utility bill on a small, 695 sqft 1 bedroom apartment. Horrible, scammy, shady company. Avoid at all costs.

all reviews are accurate. Switched within stated period. usually sends e-bill regularly, never sent final bill. when received it was due the same day. Paid next day and charged insane late payment fee. Sketch to the max. Run away as fast as you can
