Laurie is the best!! This is my second time purchasing glasses from her and it has been just as great of an experience this second time as the first one, I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!

First let me say I don’t go out of my house much. I enjoy being home. I don’t interact well out of my comfort zone. That being said ...I broke the nose pads off both pairs of glasses. I knew Dallas Optical was close as I’d been there before. I stopped in and asked if the lovely lady could help. Not only could she but did a great job quickly and even cleaned my grubby glasses. She wouldn’t let me pay her but I will pass on my recommendation for this shop. Great experience.

Stopped in on a whim to see if they could help me with my nose pad on my glasses. I sat on them and one was missing and it was smooshed. Laurie Rose was thorough in explaining she'd do her best in reshaping but that she definitely could replace it. She did and wouldn't take any money for it. Not even $5. I promised her a nice review here for her time and friendliness. I will give this place my business for my next pair of glasses! Thank you!!
