About Anna… I have been going to Anna for several years now since she was at another salon in Richardson and followed her to city line. I am always happy with my nails. and if for some reason, I want something tweaked, she does it happily. She encourages me to try new styles and I always leave feeling fancy! If I bring a photo in, she can do it. If I’m not certain what color I want I let her know what direction I’m going and she will go and choose and she’s always right. My sister and several neighbors and now my adult niece all go to Anna as well. And after reading that one review that said they were “put with Anna“ well they should be thrilled because she’s the best.( I think that’s a fake review anyway, because of the language.) And as for the people who said they were not offered to drink or tips were automatically added to their bill, I can tell you this much never ever have. I been into city line nails, where either Jessica or Anna are one of the other technicians hasn’t asked me sometimes repeatedly if I would like something to drink. occasionally bringing me something whether I asked for it or not lol And they don’t ever “ just add” on the tip. There is a prompt on the credit card machine for that. Now this person may have had a large group and didn’t reveal that in her complaint, that’s just my opinion. But I know that they do not add things onto your bill. I’ve also known Jessica for years and she is very much a sweetheart. I would recommend both Anna and city line nails. Perhaps I shouldn’t because this is going to make it harder for me to get in to see Anna🤣
