They came back and fixed a problem with the way our internet provider had run the wires and we really appreciated it. Also the carpet is good quality and was reasonably priced. The installers were very considerate, helpful and efficient.

August 12, 2021 Update - The freeze last February caused flooding in our home and we had to replace about 700 square feet of carpet. We choose to switch to hardwood floors from CC Carpet. The experience with the company was again great from start to finish. Price was very fair and competitive. We received a great checklist from them to help prepare for the install and the install crew was outstanding. They were efficient and very careful of our furniture. The install took about 2 1/2 days and was done with minimum disruption. The look of the floor is beautiful and we certainly increased the value of the home.
