Dr. Sperry and the entire staff made the experience very calming and reassuring. Naturally, I was a bit nervous having my fur baby put to sleep. I so appreciated Dr. Sperry calling me as soon as it was over to let me know that he was OK. I received excellent discharge instructions so once home I was able to know the best way to treat Joey and what to expect. Thank you to Dr. Sperry in the entire staff.
Everyone at ARAC has been so friendly, and they have been able to make appointments for my dogs as new patients the same week that I call. I like that they do the checkout and payment process in the room. So much easier than trying to manage a dog on a leash while paying in the lobby!
My dog Gus has a habit of rolling in the grass and over the weekend he rolled in something that bit him. Since Monday was a holiday I called the clinic Sunday night and left them a voice message. With Monday being a holiday, I kept an eye on him very closely. Tuesday morning I took off for the vet's office from Fort Worth to Richardson without even knowing if they would see me or not. I got a call back from the receptionist at 10 minutes to 8:00 and she set up an appointment for 9:20. We got there early and they took care of him wonderfully and he's feeling a lot better.
