Larry's Overhead Doors provides reliable garage door services with a focus on quick and efficient work. Customers appreciate their prompt response, often receiving same-day service for urgent issues like trapped cars or door repairs. The technicians are knowledgeable and work quickly to complete installations, sometimes in just a couple of hours. While the company is praised for its fast and professional service, communication from the office can be inconsistent, with repeated instances of unreturned calls and lack of updates before arrival. Overall, the company is highly recommended for their skilled work and quick response, though improving communication could enhance customer experience.
No problem with the work performed. However, their communication is absolutely terrible. Their favorite statement was let me check and I’ll call you back. They never called back once. This occurred many times. I asked when they had scheduled my install and have them call before they arrived. Nope! No call back. Nope! No call before they arrived. Just showed up. Their office is absolutely terrible about communicating.
This company was recommended by a neighbor. Jimmy was very good in answering my questions. My garage door was installed the same day and it was done in about 2 hours. The technician certainly knew what he was doing and worked almost nonstop dismantling the old door and mechanisms and rapidly assembling and installing the double door. I was very pleased with the door installation and satisfied with the cost. I highly recommend this company
