I was impressed with the Customer Service from phone to in person. Sheila & Mackenzie Rock! Natalie was amazing in person! She explained all the costs&the breakdown of everything. I was greeted with a smile at the door, and my hygienist came out very soon after my arrival. I was with Lauren today and Man. She was awesome! She explained everything very thoroughly , gave me a tour of the facility and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Also, Lauren was very accommodating to my broken foot and me using a knee scooter. So so thankful that I found this, Dentist… My husband, scrolling through Facebook… Happened to come up on it and I could not be more happier about that… I have been going to another dentist that was a little bit further from my area… But I wanted to switch… And this was the best switch I could’ve ever done… The environment is so welcoming, everyone is so friendly… And treats you like family… Which coincides with my personality… When I meet people I treat them family …like I’ve been knowing them forever… And this is exactly what the environment feels like here!!… Like family!!… The dentist is so down to earth And so sweet… I was able to... read full review
