I’ve been going to this clinic for 10 years! It has gone downhill. I called for poison ivy & they referred me to the ER. They do not have “sick” appointments. Took off work to go to an appointment to get ALL my meds refilled. They only refilled 2. When I called for them to correct their mistake, they said I had to make a new appointment and come back in. Which would mean more time off work, and more MONEY.

It’s a shame that it takes days to get in to see a Doctor here!!! Been going here for 13 years and now they treat you like your nothing!!

So sad that after 10 years i have to find a new doctor since now that they sold they dont take my insurance. My entire family has gone here for 15+ years. My grandmother went to the dr that trained dr trammel. Hate to see a local place sell to a corporation and lose all of the patience they have had for so long.

This place deserves nothing less than 5 stars!
I drive all the way from Irving just to be seen by either Dr. Trammel, or his NP Tobi, who I call "Dr. Tobi" because they are trustworthy and extremely professional.
Dr. Tobi has saved my life on more than one occasion, and that is the main reason that no matter where I go, be it if I move far away in Texas, or even out of state, I will continue to come back to this clinic.
The front staff knows me very well, we often share stories of how our family's are doing and what not, and they really make you feel welcomed.
I will never change my doctors, unless they decide to move elsewhere.
10/10 - would highly recommend this place to my friends and family members who need a new PCP.
