I've used Monarch Dental Red Oak for my dental needs for 15+ years.
Frequently, I refer friends and associates to Dr. Brown based on my confidence in her skills and professionalism.
Everything went well. The technician took x-rays, pictures and checked my gums for disease. Everything was explained to me and gave me a copy of what expenses would be. All options were in a manner I could understand. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend Monarch Dental.
Dr Brown was caring , professional, patient and she will always be my dentist. I highly recommend her. The ladies at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. You have to try with tongue in cheek to look over them. Dr. Brown gets the stars not them.
