I am always happy with the staff at monarch dental I haven’t had extensive work done but a lot of cleanings and the hygienist is great

Awaited nearly an hour after my appointment time in the waiting room. Then when they took me back to the chair, I waited another 20 to 30 minutes. I was pleased with the hygienist, and once you began working on me, it did not take very long at all.
I've been coming to Monarch Dental for over 20 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. The technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. Whenever I have a question it is answered thoroughly. Dr. Karol Brown is a great doctor, when she left one office and came to the Red Oak Office I followed her and really will follow her anywhere she goes. I really enjoy my dental visits and I am so glad to have Monarch to take care of my smile and teeth. Thanks for all you do.
