We have been a patients there for many year, we get good care of very one there is very friendly, even though most of them are new, because some have retired. Thank you for taken care of us.

I am rating this a 3 simply because I do come here every year for my female check up. Today I decided to come here for an adult Dr due to feeling sick. I called at 9, scheduled an appt for the same day at 1:40 the nurse called me at 1:20 granted I did miss their phone call, but I did calm them back with in two minutes. Toon about 5 min to get someone on the phone with a front desk rep who then mentioned it was through video chat and not in person due to my symptoms, again I understand their regulations and stuff like that and I mention that the lady who scheduled the appt for me failed to mention that at all and that I was already almost to their office. If you're thinking of switching to this clinic i would seek other options, it took six weeks from the time i registered until they made my new patient appointment which is an additional two weeks away.
