I had to make a heart wrenching decision to have a stray dog we took in, put down. We found that she had Heart Worms and required eye surgery and had become aggressive and protective of me. I talked with Dr. Gohlke and her Vet Tech. The decision was made to Euthanize her, as we would not be able to rehome her with her aggression.
When we made the decision it was overwhelming and upsetting, Dr Gohlke and her Tech. Asked if they could pray with me. As a Christian I had never heard of a Veterinarian praying with the client in their grief. That prayer and the compassion these two Ladies showed me was the comfort and peace I needed. They are great. Staff is friendly, vets are caring and thorough. I know we are getting the best care possible for our fur babies. We have a 21 year old cat. We wouldn't take him anywhere else.

Love this place! My male cat has unfortunately had to come alot for different ailments and each time they are thorough, explain different options of treatments and prices and give their recommendation based on if it were their pet and not just trying to make a buck. Absolutely recommend. Love that it’s a walk in. I rarely wait more than 5 min which I’m sure isn’t always the case but they try their best not to make anyone wait. The front desk are always welcoming and caring. I’ve only had great experiences here.
