We recently purchased a 30x20 metal building with a concrete pad from Winslows Quinan, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Our sales representative, Tamra, was fantastic! She helped us stay within our budget while ensuring we got everything we wanted. After we settled on a design, Tamra went above and beyond to fine-tune it, making sure we got the most bang for our buck.
The whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend Winslows Quinan. Thank you, Tamra, and the entire team for making this such a positive experience!

I'm very happy with the entire process of purchasing a carport at Winslow's Quinlan. Tamra was knowledgeable and helpful, and worked with me to select the best size, style, and colors for my needs at a reasonable price. She provided links to videos and other advice on how best to position my carport and prepare my site. The time between ordering and actual delivery was - as promised - about five weeks. On the day of installation, Jaime and his crew arrived early and got right to work. Their hard work and skillful build resulted in exactly what I was hoping for! The carport is sturdy and well-installed, looks great, and most of all, will protect my truck and some "yard furniture" from hail and the often brutal Texas sun! Thank you everybody at Winslow's in Quinlan for making this experience painless and very much worthwhile. I could not possibly be any happier!

Bought a a 36x30 ended up with a 30x35. Poorly installation. They did come back to fix some stuff. One roll-up door had to be replaced. Found out one screw was holding it up on each side. Leaks in several places. After a couple of years still having to deal with poor institution. Fixed trim that was falling apart a few months after purchase. Now the other side. Never again will I purchase a building from them.

The sell was quick, the pricing is kind of high and the service is very poor. After my building was delivered I asked Christian the driver to take a look at my other building to see what it would take to have it moved. He told me I would have to call the shop and set an appointment, he didn't have time. As a matter of fact, he didn't seem like he had time to even set up my building until I gave him a $100 tip.So I called their office and set up an appointment. Christian came back out and then he told me he didn't have the proper wheels so he couldn't even move it!I believe a couple of months went by and they sent Paul out he's a good guy, he gave me good information, he told me exactly what I need to do to get my building movedand I thanked him.Now all the repairs have been made on the building, everything has been moved, everything's been cleared and now it's been a couple more months again. They're just too busy and their equipment is constantly breaking down I'm told.I was considering having them build a large shop for me but after the scheduling mess that I've been dealing with I can't trust that they can even build a shop properly for me without turning into a scheduling nightmare. It's very unfortunate, I was really looking forward to working with them. I hope they get it together and become a successful business.

After months of delays by this company costing me thousands of dollars in fees and construction delays the job was not completed fully. I was told that I needed to pay for the building in full (even though it was not completed which on their agreement says payment is due upon completion) before warranty can be activated and the issues that I was concerned about would be remedied. I paid for the building out of good faith & sent in the warranty issues over a month later I was given a resolution that would compromise the foam insulation that was done and void my warranty with that company. I let them know that that was not a viable solution because it would end up costing me more money in addition to what they have already cost me. I gave an alternative solution to just raise the wood trusses on the porch out of the way of the windows that would have cost just as much or less and the owner Mike Winslow personally sent me an email who not only refuses to make it right and continue to pad his pockets gave a rude response and refused to honor their warranty. The job should have been done correctly in the first place they will be receiving an invoice for someone to come in and fix their mistakes I will give an update on if they decide to pay for it or continue to have terrible customer service as well as business ethics. I would never do business with this company and if I could go back I never would have. If you have ever had an issue with this company please reach out to me as I will be sending all of this over to an attorney as well. Apparently there are many more besides me who have had this experience.

Had a negative experience with the company, bought a building and they are supposed to used treated wood on the bottom of the building, when they delivered it only 2 of the 4 sides had the treated wood the others did not, we immediately told the driver and he put in a work order right then and there, to make a long story short after over a month of calls and no one bothering to call back I spoke to someone that told me that wasn't possible because they used the same wood on everything, without even bothering to have someone come to check, very disappointing to say the least and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that wood hasn't been treated and yes it looks like its starting to rot and we haven't even had it 3 months. Oh and I was told its probably just mildew to wash it with bleach. Wow how disappointing for sure.

Competitive pricing plus they will install. Carolina Carports only do installs if $6,000 or more.

This may have been a good reputable company at one time... Read the other reviews - bottom line; STAY AWAY FROM THEM. We had been shopping for a building and wanted to give our business to a local company thinking that customer service would be better (mistake #1 - it isn't). On June 18th we sat down with the salesman and ordered our building and plopped down 1/2 the payment. He said that they were really busy and it would probably not get our building up for about 4 weeks. He said that customer service would call in about a week to put us on the schedule. We went ahead and got our slab poured and after TWO weeks still had not heard from customer service. I called the salesman and found out that they had the wrong telephone number for me. So when they couldn't get in touch with me they did... nothing. Even though they had my email they did not contact me (but they were happy to sit on my deposit!). I talked to the owner Mike Winslow, and he went on and on about how busy they were and how great business was and how many new people they had hired and how they didn't know how they could ever keep up with demand. (He also asked about the slab and several things that needed to be done to it before it was poured. Nice to know after the fact, Mike). The one thing he did NOT do is apologize for failing to contact me. He said that someone would contact me to let me know that they had my order and to let me know that someone else would be contacting me to put me on the schedule (in other words, I would be scheduled to be put on the schedule). Last week someone finally called and told me that they had my order (I already knew that) and that someone would be calling in the next couple of weeks to put me on the schedule - which would probably be 2 or 3 weeks after that. So if you are keeping track of the math, IF they are even close to telling me the truth, we MAY have our building up 2 MONTHS after we ordered it. Go with a national company and for goodness sake get a schedule in writing. If anyone ever asks me about the building (if it ever actually gets put up) I will be sure to tell this story and will tell anyone who asks that Winslow is to be avoided at ALL costs.
