After my indoor A/C unit kept freezing up and filling with water, Tristan and Cade came out to my house the same day I called and took care of my unit. I recommend H&H since they are polite, timely, and get the job done at a reasonable price. Try them out! 🤝👍

A few months ago, we called about having our ducts cleaned due to a weird smell that came through when the air was on, we had just moved in a month prior and wanted the ducts cleaned because they had visible debris inside. Two guys came out and “inspected” our ducts then told us that they were fine and didn’t need to be cleaned. Being unfamiliar with the protocol, I agreed to have the inside unit “cleaned” for $325 which did absolutely nothing for the underlying smell and a bit more research later, found we could have cleaned the unit ourselves for about 12 bucks, which we did. The smell persists horribly if the air conditioner is running so we can’t use it. Cannot reach out to this company again for fear of being swindled out of hundreds for essentially no real service being done and the logo boys not giving me any other information on the “service” being performed unless I asked the same question a few different ways, also didn’t give me any instruction that I would need to wait to turn the unit back on after they had “cleaned” it, we found that out after buying the cleaning solution ourselves and reading the instructions. I understand paying for their time so I assume that’s what the charge was for but to disregard the reason we called as unnecessary then spend 15 minutes cleaning, they just left in a hurry after we paid. Also editing this to say, we chose this company because of all the great reviews but personally that was not our experience. Do better

My air conditioner decided to stop working on a Saturday and I didn’t think anyone would come out until Monday. I talked to these guys and they came out the next evening to fix my air conditioning system on a Sunday. Great service, communication and affordable. Thank you so much for coming out!

So, my ac was being weird and let me tell you, a lot of everything went wrong after my home purchase. The guys promptly put in my new AC as soon as I could close and realized I needed the new one. The prior homeowners never cleaned out anything so this caused a small hiccup after installation. Guys stayed til almost 10p to fix it (and I had to leave to attend an emergency, too!) Then my ac tripped somehow, and they got back today for me to get me running. I am so glad because I cannot handle heat at all! I got a recommendation out of a group and of everyone I called, these folks were the most responsive, respectful and caring. Thank you Jerrod and your whole crew!

The best service around! Our A/C went out at 6pm on a Friday. Though they had a full schedule on their hands, they made sure to get us taken care of that night. Rates were beyond reasonable, especially for an after hours call. We will be life long customers now. I called Mr. Hogue, and within 30 minutes he was at my home. Very friendly, professional, and straight to the point. He got our A/C running within the hour, all while explaining what he was doing for us. Very fair pricing as well, with a detailed invoice so I knew exactly what I was paying for.
