This place blows take 5 car wash of the planet, I left them after years of broken equipment and them damaging my vehicles and not even contacting back. Ever since I've found Zips I'm in heaven. 1/2/26 Has to drop in to switch vehicles on my account corporate had everything so mixed uo, there was no way I could've ever figured out how to fix it. Callen not only took care of the issue but he literally stayed with me and corporate on phone for an hour while the mix up was fixed. Its been screwed up for years. Stella is Awesome! Stellar customer service and made me feel so welcome! Will definitely be a regular at this location! I think she should most definitely have a position in management so she can share the skills she has with others! Thanks Stella!!

Darons a great dude. Always working hard and paying attention. Helps me out with towels when needed and thanks for the air freshener. Thanks again always just adding in that Cal is always working hard to keep the place clean and he's willing to help out with whatever needed. Always Appreciate the air fresheners you guys
