Most ultas I’ve been to don’t provide the amount of exceptional service I received here. I’ve been asked by many members if I needed help. Kayla found me as much help as she could when it came to treatment for my hair and upon checkout Bella was such a doll!
I went in to get highlights done for my hair and absolutely loved the way it turned out! Veronica Johnson was amazing — very patient, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. She made the whole experience comfortable and the final result came out beautiful and soft. I’m so happy with my hair and would definitely recommend Veronica!
Stephanie was AMAZING at Ulta! She was so patient with all of our questions and really took the time to help us find the perfect makeup matches. She gave honest opinions, helpful recommendations, and truly listened to what we wanted.
What I appreciated most was that she was very cost-conscious and helped us decide where to spend money and where we could save. She helped us find deals and made sure we stayed within our budget while still getting everything we needed.
