Naib is an excellent technician and an even better person! Our outside A/C unit sounded like it was going to explode so I gave THT a call. Naib was incredibly responsive and made it out to our home the same day. He diagnosed the problem, a blown fan motor. He offered a fair price, pursued the problem with our warranty company, went to get the part and returned the next day. He replaced the part, however the fan was still louder than expected. Being the stand up guy that he is, Naib wouldn’t allow his work to be incomplete. He called me back the first thing in the morning of the next business day. He came out an hour later and determined the problem was the capacitor. He quickly replaced the part and NO MORE NOISE! Amazing! It is hard to find people now days that stand behind their work. Do not question giving Naib a call, you will find no one better or more honest to work on your HVAC!
