I am responding to the recent review regarding the highlight service, as I was present in the salon during the interaction and witnessed the situation firsthand. I have personally been a client of this salon for nearly five years and have consistently had positive experiences, which is why I feel compelled to share what I observed.
From what I saw, the stylist was attempting to understand the concerns and discuss possible next steps. The conversation became tense when the client raised her voice, and it was clearly audible throughout the salon. The owner remained composed and stepped in to support her team and ensure the situation did not escalate further.
I have long thick dark hair and tend to get highlights, some lowlights and layering each time. My hair is my security blanket and if it looks good, I feel more put together. It's not easy for me to entrust my hair to someone new, but Jacinda and her team provide a beautiful, fun, kind and professional environment, helping me leave feeling glamorous! I'm grateful to have a great salon close to home that I can count on their team to do the job right!
