The owner of this company (Jason) has zero respect for women. Any communication I had with him he talked down to me or treated me like a moron. He even had the audacity to sit staring at his phone while face to face with me. He made excuses for his poor work. He's good at deflecting and trying to place blame on you when really it's his screw up. My floors were splitting because his team didn't acclimate the floors when they were installed. We mentioned this to our builder because the floors were installed in the winter before our house even had heat. I brought the splitting issue to our warranty contact and he sent it to Jason. Jason and his helpful wife have gone the extra mile to be helpful and accommodating to me when I needed to make changes in my home. Their crews were on time, very professional, and I am so pleased with the work they did. I'm grateful to know and recommend these good people!
