Update: owner did call me. Fairly dismissive. Said they only used water to clean screens and that they have video footage.

These guy's used a chemical or something that DESTROYED the antiglare film on the computer screen. Totally ruined. I left a message asking for a callback with office and nothing. Do not go here.
I lLOVE this place. My husband and I pay for the monthly car wash and use it almost every day. Super Splash Prosper has the BEST employees! I have seen the same guys and girls here since it opened. I am always greeted with a big smile and a wave from the guys that help you get in the car wash. I have never had a problem here and we have been coming here for at least 1 1/2 years. You guys rock! Oh and they opened a new car was 2 miles from house but i will continue to drive to Super Splash Car Wash. ??
I will never take my car anywhere else!! Omar and Cesar have always provided me with the best customer service and for the past couple of years I’ve always been able to count on them to take good care of me!!
I highly recommend them for fast dependable service!!!
