Sara was our stylist. She is so sweet and did a wonderful job on my daughter’s hair.
We called about 15 mins ahead and someone said the wait was about 30 minutes. When we go there they were so busy! We actually waited over an hour. During the time we waited at-least 10 people walked in and it was just Sara and another lady! I felt So bad for them, I know it was probably frustrating and people kept coming in. They were trying their best to get to everyone and it was literally 15 min till 8 when we left.
More stylist are definitely needed. But overall Sara is amazing!
It was easy to schedule appointment using App, when I arrived I was greeted promptly and was seated in chair. Stylist offered suggestions to complete desired cut and provided same. Cost was reasonable
Fatima took her time and made sure I was happy with my cut. Her attention to detail showed she truly cared about what she was doing, and I will be back to see her for my next haircut.
