I had a problem with my hot tub just before the family came over for Thanksgiving. Still Waters came over the night before Thanksgiving, make a temporary fix so that I could use the hot tub on Thanksgiving, and did the permanent fix as soon as they got the parts. Great job, very much appreciated their going above and beyond. Super company.
I've worked with Still Waters a few times now.. They do it the right way.. Arrived at appointed time, looked work over, gave an estimate,went to work on problem (they had me take a picture when I called for appt. so they had the replacement parts ready.)Work done efficiently and professionally..Even cleaned up work area when completed.. When you find a company you trust, remember to keep their number...Well done!!
Had Stillwaters do some work on a leak last month. Noticed a high water bill this month and assumed it had something to do with that repair. Daniel, the owner, showed up quicker than I expected and check for the leak. After finding the leak was not associated with the repair last month and actually an irrigation issue, he dug out and fixed the problem. Absolutely went above and beyond with his customer service. I don't normally write reviews but have to recommend everyone to Daniel and his team. Will be calling Stillwaters for everything plumbing related in the future and you should as well.
