I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I tried to give specific instructions for my haircut, but the manager was incredibly dismissive. She wasn't hesitant to completely cut me off and openly said, 'I'm not done yet,' instead of listening to what I was trying to explain. Good customer service requires listening to the client. I will not be returning to this specific location and will be visiting a different Sport Clips moving forward

Alyssa was amazing today. She is definitely holding down the fort as manager in this tough location with all of the construction. Everyone at this location is so great and shout out to Iquita who is bomb at haircuts. Everyone at this location is down to business and I will definitely be coming back.
