Prosperous Cleaners is the best in town, providing superior and excellent service. The owners and staff are very attentive, professional, friendly, and always helpful. They do a good job on suits and clothes, with perfect dry cleaning and pressing. They get out impossible stains and all work is done on site. They go above on customer service and will make sure you are satisfied. They have provided service to the community for a long time with great prices. Highly recommended.
I dropped off a few items for dry cleaning and was pleased with the experience. Everything came back clean, well pressed, and ready on time. The staff was friendly, the process was smooth, and the prices felt fair. I'd be happy to use their services again.
They have quick turnaround and are able to look up my clothes quickly even if I show up without a ticket. I’ve brought some suits, button ups, and a silk shirt for them to do and those have turned out satisfactory. Especially the silk shirt since they were able to get out the horrible sweat stench emanating from it since it was festering for 3 years. However, I brought in my sleeveless bridesmaid dress for dry cleaning during my recent visit and didn’t realize they used four clothes pins to attach it to the paper of the hanger. The owners and staff are very attentive and professional. It's great knowing your garments stay on site. Most places leave to be done somewhere else. The dry cleaning and even just having the pressing done is perfection. If you're not satisfied, they will make sure you are!
