Ki and team are great. Ki has been in Prosper going back to when Preston Rd. was a two lane road and there were just a few shops up and down Preston Rd. Ki watched Preston expand and watch Kroger get built. He has provided service to the community for a long time and continues to do so. I moved to Texas (Prosper) in 2019 and leaned of Prosperous Cleaners around December 2019and used his cleaners ever since. Professional, courteous and always on time. I think the reviews listed are when the business had a previous owner. Never had a problem here. Nice people who are always friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
