When I think of my experience with Dr. Trautman and her staff at Prosper Dental Health, two words come to mind, Phenomenal and Blessed. If you’re looking for a caring and compassionate dentist, the dental office of Dr. Trautman is where you want to be at. In many dental offices I visited my first visit has always been in the dental chair. Not with Dr. Trautman, my first visit was at the round table. I was wowed. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Trautman and the team at Prosper Dental Health! My All-on-4 appliance broke while I was enjoying some ribs at Hard 8 BBQ (totally my fault for being too enthusiastic). I called in that evening, and Dr. Trautman’s office got me in first thing the next morning. She fixed it quickly, professionally, and with zero judgment—just kindness and expertise. The whole experience turned a stressful situation into a complete non-issue. Exceptional care and truly outstanding service. Highly recommend!
My family loves Prosper Dental. We moved an hour away and still continue to make the drive. Dr. Troutman is amazing. My daughter and I both did Invisalign with them and could not be happier with our results. Kristi, my hygienist is great. Very thorough and fast. My husband sees Lauren and says she is a delight. Everyone up there remembers all of us and always asks about the whole family. One of the best parts is I have never had to wait to be seen, they are always waiting prepared when I walk in the door. Also, so easy to reach by phone anytime. Definitely the best we have had, will be a patient for life!
