    Love this gym! Great trainers and great atmosphere! This was finally the place to help me lose the 35 pounds I needed to be healthy again. I have met so many wonderful supportive people at the gym that helped me stick with the workouts. My mobility and balance have all improved and I look and feel 30 again! (But I’m not 😉)

    Its been 6months I’m going to OTF Prosper now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facility is always clean and well organised,
    The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which creates a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. The trainers Amy and Celeste are the bestest and are especially great at pushing you toward the goals while making sure you're using proper form and technique.
    What I really appreciate is the positive energy in the space, everyone from beginners to advanced gym goers feels comfortable and respected. It's the kind of place that actually makes me want to work out. And my personal experience is my health improved...read full review
