Love the place… particularly Coaches Zo and Riley… they are simply amazing. It’s immediately obvious that they genuinely care about helping people. I’m a 44-year old beginner to fitness (shame on me) but they sure don’t treat me that way. Can’t recommend Built 4 It enough.

If you're searching for a gym in the North Dallas area, your search ends here. This gym is an absolute gem. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and the workouts are meticulously designed. After every session, you'll walk out feeling accomplished and rejuvenated. I genuinely can't recommend this place enough.

Excellent training for your athlete. These trainers are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure that my teen is lifting weights and doing the exercises properly. We have done other places in town only to have my son get an injury and when we asked them to watch what he was doing it just never happened. This place is completely different. They understand kinesiology and if you have to modify they are on top of it. My son has seen great improvement in strength and agility since we started going here. Cannot say enough about how happy we are and how comfortable we are leaving our son's training in their hands.
