Working with James was such a relief. Through out the entire process of repair/ replacement of roof/ fencing/ ect due to tornado damage, James had extensive knowledge of the process and what to expect. Not only from him and his team, but also the insurance process. His communication was clear and precise, timely, and so appreciated.
I have used Heckadon Roofing for 2 houses, both of which the roofs were nearing 15 years of age. James Heckadon knows how to work with insurance agencies for tackling older roofs. For the more recent house, we also had Heckadon replace the ranch fence. Work was well-done. I highly recommend.
We have had significant water leaks in an area of our house since we purchased it, and actually had someone else come try to repair it previously, with no success. After an extremely heavy rain, and the water leak causing our paint to bubble out like a water balloon, we reached out to Heckadon Roofing. Heckadon Roofing quickly and precisely discovered the problem and repaired it as efficiently as possible. We sincerely appreciated their quality work, honesty and integrity.
