I have kinda a phobia of getting my hair cut because of how often in the past I've not been listened to. I hadn't gone into Great Clips in a while because my favorite stylist had left, so I felt kind of stuck. But I was in a time crunch to get my hair looking nice because I have a friend's wedding I'm attending two days from now.Anyways, the stylist who did my hair was Lee, and he did an oustanding job of making me feel seen, comfortable, and even excited. Honestly just went in to get my hair washed after spending 10 days in ICU. It was a tangled mess. But the stylist was so sweet and compassionate and she untangled my hair so gently. Her kindness and compassion is so appreciated. I wish I could remember her name. Definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely love how efficient and friendly the great clips staff and barbers consistently are at the Windsong Kroger location, despite a tremendous demand for their services. The website is easy and one can plan their appointments in advance with minimal wait time.
